Who I Am and What I Do
My name is Archies Kulkarni. I'm a Senior at Leigh High School in San Jose, California.
I am a 2nd degree Black Belt Coach at Wushu Central Martial Arts Academy. Along with that, I learn while helping Lux Realty LLC and DripRack.com.
Next year, I look forward to attending a 4-year college. While at college, I plan on remaining involved in Lux Realty and DripRack remotely to further my knowledge of real-life businesses to be able to apply it to my future career.
Lux Realty Chronicles
As a proud contributor to Lux Realty LLC, a distinguished real estate company with a footprint in California and Illinois specializing in Luxury Single Family Residences, I've had the privilege of getting hands-on experience in the world of Real Estate.
In my role, I actively engage with potential tenants, providing them with personalized insights into our listings. Each listing is carefully put together to showcase the unique features and of our residences.
Learning and working with Lux Realty has not only been about properties; it's been a lesson in people, negotiations, and the art of turning a space into a home. As I prepare for my upcoming college adventure, these experiences form the foundation of my multifaceted personality.
DripRack.com Experience
In my time helping at DripRack.com, my journey involves much more than the seamless flow of water. My contributions helped foster growth and innovation. As a part of this company, I got to witness expanding our presence across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Working closely with my dad, the founder of DripRack.com, I got the chance to help out to the import, distribution, and sale of products. These products are sourced from countries such as Israel, India, and various European nations.
My main responsibility is in the Human Resources aspect, from identifying top talent to shaping the team that sets DripRack.com for success. Additonally, I maintain job listings, reach out to potential hires, and conduct interviews.

Martial Arts
10 years ago, my dad opened up this opportunity for me to start learning Kung Fu at Wushu Central Martial Arts Academy. Not only was I able to acquire my black belt. I was also able to become a instructor to pass on fhe knowledge I gained from it to many young children
As an Instructor, I've earned the chance to work with children of all ages. The martial art studio has become a place where each student is not just a learner but a unique individual patching up the tapestry of our Kung Fu community.
